IT Support Engineer - SE1 - IT Solutions - £23-25K

Windows OS's / Server, Office 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, VMware, Citrix, HyperV, Support Desk, TCP/IP, DNS, Networking

An established Managed Service Provider based in London requires an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team and deal with escalations. This position is responsible for dedicated escalation support and troubleshooting.

This individual must be extremely comfortable working in a faced paced environment. Are you confident communicating with people by telephone, email and in person up to a senior level?

Candidates who have experience of the Administration and Troubling Shooting of Office 365 will be at a strong Advantage

Suitable candidates should show some of the following:
*** Office 365 - Administration and Troubling Shooting (Highly Desirable) ***Windows 7/8 OS's
***Networking experience TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
***Virtualization Technologies HyperV / VMWare
***Good communication skills and potential to learn new technologies

**Experience working for a Managed / Hosting Service Provider
