The successful IT Support Analyst will have some technical support experience across Windows desktop and infrastructure however, this role could be a perfect opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills looking to move into a technical role to fulfil that ambition.
The role of the IT Support Analyst will comprise of the following responsibilities:

- Office 365 and Skype migrations and integrations
