A leading Company in the Shipping sector now has an openig for a Technical Support Analyst with the following skills and experience for their offices in London.
Technical Support /VIP Support/1st Line Support/Windows Support
1st Line Technical. Strong communication skills and basic Hardware knowledge such as setting-up desktops, Office 365 and Mobile phone set-up.
You will have the ability to find solutions to IT issues by searching the internet.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Provide first and second line support
- Manage stock of IT hardware
- Setting up computers
- Setting up company phones and mobiles
- Managing the company website
- Management of Office 365 and Exchange System
Salary £25k - £30k + Bonus
