Sales Director - Required Skills / Experience:

  • Proven track of Sale Management with team of at least 6 staff
  • Someone with drive, tenacity, high energy
  • Must be a strategic thinker and commercial aware of the business needs
  • Coaching and development skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good business acumen, showing evidence of ability to make sound business decisions
  • Self-starter, highly motivated to provide the highest possible level of responsiveness and performance from a team of people
  • Outstanding sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, with the ability to inspire others
  • High achieving sales experience in high pressure sales environment
  • Clear evidence of consistent target over achievement in a profit and margin driven sales environment

Sales Director - Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Account Development Managers
  • Ensure Team and personal sales targets are achieved
  • Provision of advice and support to the Account Management team
  • Maintain regular contact and keep accurate records of all customer communication
  • To research and take a proactive approach to the development of opportunities
  • Provide feedback and suggestions with regard to future product developments
  • Communicate effectively with all internal departments
  • Ability to provide online demos of core products
  • Contribute to Marketing initiatives
