Customer Service Manager (Dynamics/ERP/CRM)


Upto £65,000 (includes full benefits package)

Our client, a South Yorkshire based software company are recruiting for an experienced Product and Development Manager in the Microsoft Dynamics arena to join them through expansion. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to establish yourself in a market that is constantly evolving with a growing company that caters to this.

Specializing in ERP solutions, the organisation are a Gold partner with Microsoft. They offer a range of IT ser vices however their main area of expertise falls under Dynamic friendly extensions. The company offer these to small to medium sized enterprises across the UK.

  • Lead the existing, successful ERP & CRM delivery unit, whilst liaising with NAV end-users and customers.

  • Lead a team of Consultants and sub-contractors (where relevant).

  • Create engaged customers.

  • Facilitate organic customer growth through excellent customer service.

  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution alongside our Quality Manager.

  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission.

  • Take responsibility for delivering new and existing projects.

  • Consistently meet client expectations.

  • Deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • Improve the customer service experience during the life-cycle of the ERP and CRM projects.

  • Develop service procedures, policies and standards in conjunction with the management team and quality manager.

  • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports.

  • Recruit, mentor and develop our Consultancy Team and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.

  • Ensure all project information and time is correctly recorded in Dynamics NAV and our other systems.

  • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date.

  • Contribute to management reports.

  • Proven working experience as a Customer Services Manager, Consultancy Manager or Delivery Manager.

  • Working knowledge of ERP software, databases and tools.

  • Ability to think strategically and to lead.

  • Strong client-facing and customer service skills.

  • Experience of successfully managing the implementation of multiple ERP Projects within the Manufacturing and Distribution sectors.

  • Certified in recognised ERP Implementation Methodology ideally Microsoft's SureStep or equivalent.
