Account Manager - managed print services
Our client is one of the UK's leading provider of business process management and integrated professional support service solutions, with over 60,000 staff across the globe. They have been serving both private and public sectors in the UK for over 30 years.
The role sits within the Managed Print Division where you will sell a wide range of hardware and software products to both the private and public sectors.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
Identify new business opportunities from existing accounts
Manage key customer relationships through life of contract
Deliver sales targets and business objectives through an effective sales plan
Maintain CRM records
Lead project groups and manage implementation.
Present MI reports to customers.
Have excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
Be capable of understanding and formulating managed print financial propositions
Be Microsoft literate in Word, Power Point and Excel
Have a good understanding of both hardware and software products relevant to the managed print arena
Sales experience within the managed print industry
Be capable of hunting down new opportunities
Reaching all targets set
Ensuring customer satisfaction
