6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN FIRST LINE SUPPORT?

Opportunity for someone with a minimum of 6 months experience providing first line IT support in legal or professional services.
It's a permanent role within a niche City law firm comprising 60 users, and because they have outsourced their IT work, they are looking for a sole helpdesk support analyst to work deskside in the office, dealing with the simpler issues and acting as a conduit between them and the contractors for escalating larger problems.
It's a great opportunity for enjoys their IT work and likes the idea of a stand alone role where you are managing your own time.
Involvement in the rolling out of a new document management system, new hand sets and the setting up of equipment for meetings and conferences along with some other ad hoc projects.
