Strategic Account Manager - Freight Forwarding - South East
My client, a large Global Freight Forwarder, are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join their team.
- Covering Nationally based from Dartford.
- Selling Air and Ocean Freight services
- Gaining New Business and further developing existing accounts
- Conduct visits, prepare proposals, respond and take ownership of customer Tenders, RFI’s etc. Design logistics concepts / solutions and price as appropriate, involving product, operations and sales management if necessary. Manage margin expectations that’s appropriate to the scope of work.
- Attending regular customer business review meetings, preparing presentations, implementing KPI’s and manage customer expectations and escalate when necessary.
- £160K p.annum New Business GP personal sales target
