Our client is looking for a confident Quality Coach Team Leader to join their Quality Team. Their incredibly hard-working Learning and Development Manager, Jo, heads up the team, and you will be reporting into her. This role will link the Sales departments with the fantastic Compliance and Training teams, to identify opportunities for improvements and the implementation of change that will deliver optimum quality.

What will I be doing?

As their Quality Coach Team Leader you’ll be providing support and development across all of their sales departments ensuring correct sales and compliance processes are followed. Leading by example, you’ll be proactively identifying and resolving gaps in knowledge, as well as developing the team in delivering quality coaching, training and feedback. Producing MI on QA trends is an important part of the Quality Coach Team Leader role and you’ll be expected to cascade this to members of the team, and provide direction to ensure trends are appropriately addressed. You’ll get a real buzz helping your colleagues deliver the best quality possible!

It’s essential that you have experience in an FCA regulated environment, and familiarity with generalinsurance product lines is even better! Being able to demonstrate strong people management behaviours and values is vital too.

How can they help you give the best customer service possible?

Our client support all their new starters through their initial 1-3 week training programme with their enthusiastic training team. It’s delivered within a fun and interactive classroom environment where you’ll meet your colleagues, not just from your team but across the whole business, whether it be sales, HR or IT. Once you’ve completed this training you’ll move to your department and receive ongoing support – there you’ll spend a lot of time with the Learning and Development Manager, Jo. The rest of Team Quality (the lovely Claire, Diane and Juma!) will be there for you too.
