My client is a leading fashion company who are seeking a Loss Prevention and Health and Safety manager.

This is primarily field-based role, responsible for providing leadership and guidance across all branch and Head Office functions of the brand in developing and implementing Health & Safety, Security and Loss Prevention best practice procedures, including risk management and prevention, and ensuring the brand abides by all legal duties and obligations in relation to these areas.
You extensive stock control knowledge to develop and implement short, mid and long term loss prevention strategies to ensure that the company's stock losses reduce and are controlled at all levels.
You will also ensure that the Company's administration procedures are properly adhered to in stores and at the Support Centre through regular and appropriate audits.
Your main responsibilities will be to create an analytical framework to assess and monitor all stock loss within the business both at store level and at the Distribution Centres. You will carry out at least one audit per year per store in order to assess and report on the standard of each stores Loss Prevention standards.
In addition, you will carry out investigations and disciplinaries where any security/loss prevention/audit breaches are identified and provide training support to stores with continued poor audit results and failure to deliver on action plans. You will also continually promote high standards of security practices and awareness in stores through continuous monitoring and audit.
