1st Line Support
My client based in Bracknell is looking for a 1st Line Support/Service Desk analyst to join their small team on a permanent basis.
The central purpose of this role is providing excellent support to users, but there is also scope to assist in the delivery and support of IT training activities, system administration, maintenance and various IT projects
The role will be based at their head office in Bracknell.
Resolving queries and faults logged by users
Upgrading/replacing/fixing all types of user hardware
Assistance with day to day administration including:
o Active Directory accounts, password resets etc.
o Exchange 2013 including unified messaging and email archiving
o Office 365 and 2016 user and product administration
o Windows 7 and Windows 10
o Remote working accounts
o Mobile devices
o Core software updates
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
A high degree of technical ability and interest
CompTIA A+ qualified
Microsoft Windows Desktop knowledge/ certification
Be familiar with the ITIL Framework
A proactive approach & use of initiative
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, both technical and nontechnical
