Personal Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team - Maternity Cover
Salary: £16,485-£20,500 depending on experience
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term for 1 year
An opportunity has risen for an experienced administrator/ Personal Assistant to join the college directly supporting the colleges Senior Leadership Team on a 1 year fixed term basis.
This is a fast paced and varied role. The successful candidate will work alongside the PA to the Principal and will be responsible for diary management, reporting, organisation and preparations for meetings, minute taking, general administrative support to the Directors, where necessary, supporting college events and looking after visitors to the SLT.
The role has specific responsibility for supporting the Assistant Principal Curriculum in the co-ordination of the student performance improvement and the administration and of employees training and development, including maintaining the training budget in support of the Director of People.
We are looking for candidates that show initiative, are both flexible and resilient and can demonstrate excellent interpersonal and IT skills.
