One of Scotland's leading Training Providers is looking to expand their team and recruit an experienced administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking organisation who is an IIP Gold accredited, City & Guilds, SQA, ILM and IOSH and Construction Skills training provider with over 20 years experience within the industry and deliver qualifications in a diverse range of subjects to organisations and individuals throughout UK.

Duties include:

- General office duties - data input, filing
- Work with government paperwork and awarding bodies

Qualities:

Essential:

- Sound administration skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability to change
- Excellent IT skills
- Effective time management skills
- Attention to detail

Desirable:

- Knowledge and experience in working with Apprenticeship programmes in Scotland
- Experience in working with Awarding Bodies such as City and Guilds and SQA
