A leading FS company is looking to expand its analytics team by hiring a passionate Analytics Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use SAS, SQL, R, and various web analytics tools to provide insight into online and offline customer behaviours and in turn, provide recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities - Analytics Manager

  • Design, plan and execute the targeting of online customers through the company's targeted marketing programme
  • Provide accurate and relevant insights to support business objectives and help inform key decisions
  • Understand and track customer journeys and behaviours
  • Improve user segmentation to increase effectiveness of online marking campaigns
  • Work closely with other internal marketing teams to aid the development of new programs as well as improving current programmes
  • Lead the team, managing a developing the 2 junior members of the team

Skills and Qualifications - Analytics Manager

  • Experienced with SAS and SQL
  • Ability to use R, Tableau or similar software is desirable
  • Bachelor's Degree in a numerate discipline
  • Experience in development of targeting and customer selections
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to present data driven insights to stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-motivated and adept at problem solving
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team orientated environment
