Based near Poole our client is an award winning contact centre selling a range of life assurance and related products to the B2C market.
As part of their continued growth they are seeking to appoint a retentions consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with existing customers; with the view to understanding any concerns they may have. Using your listening and influencing skills you will be able help the customer understand the benefits of the products they offer, and therefore either improve their existing policy to match their needs or ensure they are happy with their existing policy.
- Background in sales / business development within a target driven environment ideally within a contact centre environment
- Customer focused with the ability to listen, build credible relationships and overcome concerns
- Resilient, positive and professional attitude
- Motivated with a strong desire to exceed targets
- Articulate, and organised with the ability to effectively manage your own workload and list of accounts
- Visualise and demonstrate our company ethos of putting the customer first abiding by KPIs and FCA regulations.
