Looking for a telesales professional who goes the extra mile and enjoys meeting key clients in the field as well.

Brilliant opportunity for an outgoing, organized sales professional with experience of telesales and field sales to join this business with an impressive expansion record and real potential for significant further growth.

The depot where you will be based is one of two where you will be the most senior sales person on site.
So that makes you the "go to" person for sales queries, problems, promotions and discounts.

You 'll need that mix of inspiration, pragmatism, determination and not just "will to win" but "how to win" embedded in your genes.

The business is established, successful and customer focused.

Clients are generally SME's and success is based on being really close to customers, understanding their business and developing the relationship with proprietors who tend to be the buying authority.

This site is a recent acquisition for the company so there's still work to be done to develop and train telesales staff and to ensure customer service, sales and profitability match the business potential.

So- we're looking for a great combination of talent, communication skills written and verbal, empathy, hunger for success, a real team player, takes responsibility, handles problems well, likes pressure, IT literate using Excel and Microsoft
