A busy team lead/managerial role for an expeirenced customer services professional, already with team leader experience. You will work collaboratively with the Account Managers and Sales/Marketing/Exectuive team to ensure that the business needs of existing and prospective clients of this leading online regulatory/due diligence and regulartory platform are met. Experience in this indusry is not necessary, however a proven record in managing a busy customer service work load, a desire to improve process, training, analytics and ensuring member engagement is managed carefully providing the best services for prospective and new clients.
The role also requires someone with strong MI/Analytic ability, ensuring that all activitiy on the online platform is tracked to feed into product development, marketing and account management. This is a small team, you will be managing a maximum of 5 Account Managers. All encompassing and still developing role, this is for someone to really make their mark and make it their own.
