On behalf of our Client, a well established and well respected marketing and public relations organisation in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, we are currently seeking to engage an enthusiastic and capable Business Development Manager.
Our client is a fully integrated creative media service and communications group, specialists in Video, Concept Design. Web Design, Print design, SEO and Social Media. The company is growing consistently and this role will enable the successful candidate to carve out a niche within the business and make a measurable difference to the continuing growth of the business.
We are currently seeking to recruit a Business Development manager. The purpose of this role is to play a key part in growing the company's client base, raising the corporate profile and overall brand awareness through clear and consistent multi-channel business development.
Reporting into the MD and Sales manager, your responsibilities would be to build the business in line with company targets. You should have excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills along with a proven sales track record from a career path in videography and/or Digital Marketing sector.
Communicating the features and benefits of the company's services and delivering to target clients through various mediums will be the main focus of the role.
You will be focusing on retainer based business predominantly, which requires a high degree of account management, whilst seizing all the opportunities ad hoc clients present.
The company is essentially a "blank canvas" with its corporate message currently being delivered through their team of highly effective team leaders.
Our client has identified a need to improve the internal presentation of their centre; to create more cohesive and insightful documentation and to ensure that consistency in intelligent material, both digital and physical, is being produced and distributed.
Although being offered a very consistent and considered level of support, you should still be able to work autonomously and be able to self motivate. You should have the capacity to develop your own strategies and goals.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will have to interpret the aims and objectives of the business and clearly illustrate them to its stakeholders.

Have a demonstrable track record in developing and generating business opportunities
Have a passion and an energy for achieving business goals and targets
Also, it’s not essential but would be desirableif you:
Have strong presentation skills using power point or similar
Have previous experience within a creative, public relations or agency business
