My client, a specialist SaaS company are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join their business to support and maximise their growth within the market place.
The company is expanding rapidly and the Business Development Manager will be a New Business/Hunter with a proven track record of winning and closing business. Current/previous Software Solution Selling is highly desirable with my client however, not essential as you will be given full and extensive Product Training within your onboarding… a personality is just as important!
Key Responsibilities -
- Be client facing, delivering product demonstrations, presentations and meetings to potential clients
- Be responsible for the full sales cycle from cradle to grave being an active ambassador for the company and brand
- Responsible for contract negotiation and closing business
- Be proactive in generating own leads and new business opportunities when necessary
- Take a consultative approach to actively listen to the client’s needs and sell back accordingly
The Person -
- Previous contractual negotiation and proven closing experience
- Highly driven with a commercial flair confident in selling and networking at a C Level
- Previous SoftwareSolution Selling is highly desirable but not essential
- Highly articulate and able to present face to face at a high level
- Be very personable and consultative with your sales approach
