CRM Campaign Analyst - Retail



Up to £30,000 + Benefits

An international company within the retail sector is looking to expand its CRM and Analytics capabilities by hiring a CRM Campaign Analyst. The company has millions of profiles on its database and is looking for someone who is passionate about CRM, database and digital marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities - CRM Campaign Analyst

  • Design, plan and execute the targeting of customers through the company's targeted marketing programme - specifically email campaigns
  • Drive customer engagement and retention the delivery of data driven campaigns via email, push notification, SMS and social media
  • Understand and track customer journeys and behaviours
  • Forecast, monitor and review the performance of the targeted marketing campaigns - reporting to senior finance and commercial stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications - CRM Campaign Analyst

  • Experience CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products - especially Excel
  • Knowledge of database marketing including email, SMS and push marketing
  • Knowledge of customer targeting and segmentation methods
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team orientated environment
  • Good communication skills and the ability to present insights to stakeholders
