English Teacher - Creative department - Outstanding OFSTED
**South West London
**Great rate's of pay
**Not advertised anywhere else
A tremendously run school located in South West London, with fantastic behaviour, great history with GCSE results and an 'outstanding’ rating by OFSTED, has entrusted our company specifically, to assist with recruiting their next English Teacher for the Easter-term (School will wait until September for the right teacher).
Each and every role I take from a school I recruit for I get the information from either the current Head of Department or an SLT member. By getting this vital information from a senior member of staff this enables me to find exactly the right teacher (person) to fit the role (as we know every teacher is different as is every school, you will prefer to work in certain type of schools and not others). This shows that the school has a policy to recruit the 'right’ teachers for every department which in turn breeds success throughout the school.
Your responsibilities will include having a real passion for teaching and being motivated by achieving high GCSE and A-level exam results and helping students gain the highest possible end of year grade to further enhance their possibility of going to either a highly competitive college or university. You will mostly be teaching high academics with English in particular being extremely popular at the secondary school. You should have stupendous subject knowledge, imagination and confidence, this fits in with the schools ethos of engaging children in class and raising attainment levels.
Where the school is situated in South West London, it has fantastic transport links which would make it easily commutable for you as an English teacher.
To apply for this role you must have:
- PGCE with QTS/QTLS
- Valid passport
- Right to work within the UK.
If you believe you are the teacher we are looking for and this is the right role for you, then please apply immediately. Alternatively you can call in and ask to speak to Joe McGann.
