Hours: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Mon - Fri
Holidays: 28 days' holiday per year including bank holidays, increasing with service.
Sick Pay: Statutory sick pay only

- Answering live help enquiries from their website and dealing with customer queries
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
- Dealing with collection, delivery and transit issues on their customer's behalf
- Providing general assistance and guidance on how to use their website and how to book a parcel
- Providing information about common shipping requirements, such as customs invoices and customs clearance processes

You will be responsible for handling their live help enquiries and providing assistance to their customers and prospect customers. You will provide information about their services, and assistance with existing bookings. A key part of the role is problem solving and deciding on the best course of action to resolve each query as quickly as possible.

This is an exciting and challenging position, the successful candidate will relish the large amount of responsibility placed with them. They will be responsible for managing their live chat enquires and building a relationship with both customers and suppliers. The successful candidate will enjoy the challenge of working to deadlines, in a sometimes demanding environment, that forces you to multi-task.

Applicant Criteria:

- Proficient in office programs with a good typing speed (min. 50 wpm)
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Goods levels of diplomacy, when dealing with customer queries
- Must be organised and able to work off own initiative
- Prior experience in a Live Help role is preferred, but not essential
