A new role has been created in a thriving and well-established IT business to help their thousands of SME business customers get the most from their solution and fix issues.


As someone with lots of customer service experience you'll already be familiar with creating new systems and processes. This will include using (experience not required) to:
- Chat with online customers
- Manage emails and support tickets
- Identifying real issues so that you aren't constantly solving the same symptoms
- Proactively contact customers, encouraging them to get full value from the solution
- Build marketing campaigns

Additionally you may be required to:
- Host weekly webinars to demonstrate the solution and answer questions
- Screen job applicants for our recruitment drive
- General data cleansing

- A customer caring attitude is critical alongside lots of customer service experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Independently motivated as you have the opportunity to work entirely remotely. Therefore you must have somewhere quiet to work with a good internet connection (you will be supplied with IT equipment)
- Excellent written and spoken English with little/no strong accent.

- The role pays a basic salary up to £25,000 dependent on experience.
- This is a full-time permanent role requiring and we do not have flexibility to offer part-time working. This role is NOT self-employed.
