One hundred years on from the birth of Fircroft College, its mission of 'social justice' is more relevant than ever. Fircroft is a thriving and ambitious College with a vast and diverse community of learners and a strong ethos.

Fircroft is currently in an exciting phase of improvement and development, we are now in a position to appoint a Business Development Officer to assist the Head of Business Development to implement our Business Development Strategy. In the role, you will build relationships with operational and strategic partners and community leaders to achieve targets, particularly in priority areas and with under-presented groups and will represent the college at a range of external events and forums throughout our region.

You will play a leading role in organising business development events at the college. The right person will be someone who enjoys working at a fast pace with a variety of different tasks, who is self-managed with a strong work ethic, who has a positive outlook and a 'can do' attitude and is a completer / finisher.

Benefits at Fircroft include free parking, free cooked lunch, free hot drinks, 32 days annual leave, a relaxed, friendly and unique working environment, 6 acres of beautiful grounds, childcare voucher scheme, pension scheme and a passion for education, social justice and community improvement.
