This incredibly successful card payments company with more than 6,500 customers, is now looking to recruit an ambitious and experienced Data Entry Administrator who's looking to join a fast growing organisation. This is a crucial role with the business and applicants must be effective communicators and be able to work as part of a dynamic team. You will be based in a beautiful rural location.

Main responsibilities:
To support the department in the management and processing of financial documents to the company CRM system. The role is office based. There are targets to meet, and the successful candidate must understand the importance of accuracy. It will be essential that you have fast and accurate computer skills. Further training will be offered to the successful candidate to further their skills in this department.

Key duties:
- Responsible for processing applications received from the sales teams
- Input all data accurately onto company CRM system
- Managing application queries to ensure a fast and effective resolution
- Communicate via telephone/email with external service partners and customers
- Responsible for incoming calls and assisting customers
- Meet all agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

In order to be considered for this role, applicants will possess the following skills:
- Experience of working as a Data Entry Administrator
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Have an excellent knowledge of CRM system or similar system
