Sales Consultant/Business Development Manager/Telesales
London office however this is a home based role
£35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

Our client are a London Based Employee Benefits Provider specialising in Flexible Benefits and Auto Enrolment software. They are now looking for a Sales Consultant/Business Development Manager to be part based in their team in London however this is a home based role. The opportunity would suite someone who has been in telesales and looking for the next step up in their career to a BDM position.

As a BDM you will source new business by screening potential business deals and by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials. You will also develop negotiating strategies and positions, examine risks and potentials whilst estimating partners’ needs and goals. You will close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations. Additionally you will support all marketing activity, including attending internal and external seminars, networking events and industry marketing events.

To be considered you will need to be a new business 'hunter’ with a passion for generating new clients. You must also have excellent negotiating skills, be highly motivated to generate new business and be able to close deals. Flexible Benefits industry knowledge is preferable but would look at an up and coming sales person from the lifestyle, rewards, pensions and benefits sector. Telesales background with this area will also be considered and selling auto enrolment software would be highly advantageous.
