Whether online or in print, What Car? is the destination for no-nonsense, common sense car buying advice regularly seeing over 4 million visitors per month online and over 60,000 readers of the magazine every 4 weeks.We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail and great organisational skills to join our fantastic and successful team based in our dealer Support Centre in Gateshead. You will work alongside the team to assist in the smooth running of the tenancy management side of the business. You will possess excellent numeration, verbal and communication skills. Ideally you will have Motor Industry experience as well as a great attitude and a passion for what you do. The role is dealing with the dealerships who advertise with us on the what car leasing website. Setting up new as well as maintaining and updating accounts. This includes uploading data feeds, answering queries, running performance reports to identify any accounts that need assistance. It also involves Website checks, call reports, allocating general enquiries.
