We are seeking a manager for this specialist residential service in Dorking, supporting up to 7 adults with learning disabilities, autism and some challenging behaviour.

About Us

We are a leading provider of care and support for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs, including autistic spectrum conditions, mental health needs, challenging behaviour, profound and multiple learning disabilities and epilepsy.

The people we support live in homely, family-like residences, and are encouraged to participate fully in the local community.

About you

You will be an existing registered supported living manager, with specific experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorders.

You will also have or be working towards your Diploma in Health And Social Care Level 5.

Knowledge of CQC requirements and the ability to manage a successful and motivated staff team are essential. Experience with the Total Communication approach would also be extremely beneficial.
