Senior Payroll Administrator - Up to £35k!
My fantastic client based in the heart of Cheltenham are currently recruiting for a Senior Payroll Administrator to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with proven multiple payroll processing experience.
Processing accurate and compliant payrolls for clients and co-ordinating the client’s requirements and managing the process
-Managing and delivering client payrolls against the agreed schedule
-Managing and maintaining clear and informative communications to clients, our partners, implementation team and client account managers
-Take responsibility for being the primary operations contact point for the UK and a group of countries
-Working closely with the implementations team to take-on new payrolls and clients
-Owning, managing and resolving client escalations, seeking help and advices where needed.
-Previous experience within a multi payroll environment and ability to manage a diversity of payroll transactions
-Fully complaint with all UK Legislation, statutory monthly and yearly requirements
-Excel knowledge, ability to use V-Lookups and Pivot tables
-Excellent customer service experience with ability to confidently speak with clients
-Highly motivated and driven
-Extremely organised and takes pride in standards of work.
Hours- Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm
Salary- Up to £35,000
