BUSINESS MANAGER / SALES CONTROLLER
We are looking for a top Business Manager/Sales Controller to work as part of our successful sales team representing some of the motorcycle market's leading brands. This is a fantastic opportunity and for the right candidate a highly rewarding one as well.
As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for maximising all Finance & Insurance income and profit associated with the sale of our new and used motorcycles. You will receive all customer referrals from the sales team who will be targeted to provide you with an effective level of customer referral, together with the sale of finance, you will also be targeted to sell Gap Insurance and Warranty in line with the company KPI's. From time to time you will also be required to deputise for the Sales Manager when the need arises.
You will be responsible for FCA compliance, together with the Sales Manager, who will also work hard to ensure the sales process is driven forward with 100% referral. You will also be required to measure and monitor your performance with accurate logging and reporting of figures to senior management.
The ideal candidate will possess an outstanding record of sales achievement in either the motorcycle, automotive or retail industries. Ideally you will be FCA qualified and already have experience as a Business Manager or have experience of selling Finance & Insurance as a Sales Executive and be looking to make the transition to the role of a Business Manager, Sales Controller full time.
You will be a proven performer who is able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively qualify customers and successfully maximise the sale of added value financial products. You will be computer literate and possess the ability to present figure work in a simple, clear and understandable manner following the rules and regulations as laid down by the FCA at all times.
An excellent basic salary and commission structure will be awarded to the successful candidate that will fully reflect both your experience & qualifications as well as the importance of this role to our business.
Industry leading F&I training will be provided as necessary.

Store Opening Hours: Monday to Friday from 9am - 6.00pm Saturdays from 9.00am - 5.30pm Sundays 10.30am - 4.30pm
