We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven sales individual to join a rapidly growing company in Northampton, provided with full training and on-going career development.
This lead generation role is an opportunity to expand your sales skills, you must have experience of inbound and outbound calling, demonstrate confidence and excellent communication.
You'll be working Monday to Friday, full time hours, paying £14,000 - £16,000 per annum, first year OTE £20k, commission is uncapped! 25 days' holiday, plus bank holidays, regular salary reviews, pension and team incentive days!
£14-000 - £16,000 per annum, depending on experience, OTE Uncapped!
Monday to Friday 37 hours a week
* B2B outbound calling to speak with decision makers
* Negotiate energy supply contracts
* Update and maintain customer database
* Learn and understand various energy supplier's products and processes
* Support within the sales team to ensure a productive team
* Build a pipeline of future sales opportunities
Skills and Experience:
* Previous inbound and outbound calling experience
* Confident, enthusiastic and self-driven
* Demonstrate an excellent telephone manner
* Ability to identify and maximise all sales opportunities
* Maths and English GCSE or equivalent, grade c or above
