Our client based in Peterborough, are specialists in creating high quality personal care products supplying brands to retailers globally. They focus on creating great products in line with customer needs and are innovators within the sector.
The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving market channel, brand and product offerings across multiple brands. They will develop and build brand strategy ensuring that it is measurable in order to make future recommendations on improvement to strategy. They will carry out key market research in order to determine insight that will mould strategy and drive NPD across brands. They will identify new opportunities within the market for brands across multiple categories based on research, in order to develop products in line with consumer needs and demands.
They will oversee all marketing activity both trade and direct to consumer, ensuring that is targeted to the audience using market segmentation in order to increase sales. They will lead teams from the forefront ensuring that Brand & marketing plans are carried out on time and effectively to high standards whilst working within a fast-paced environment.
The Brand Manager will communicate brand strategy to the wider business including senior stakeholders and will support the sales team with marketing collateral for trade. They will be responsible for the commercial success of Brands.

£35,000-£45,000 Salary + Bonus Scheme + Benefits
