Team Manager - Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven commercial direct sales experience in a fast-moving environment
  • 2-3 years of management experience and proven track record
  • Self-starter, highly motivated to provide the highest possible level of responsiveness and performance from a team of people
  • Broad, relevant knowledge of technology
  • History of coaching and mentoring a team of sales professionals
  • Exceptional training / development skills
  • The ability to work effectively with people in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and drive results monthly

Team Manager - Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing, motivating, and supporting a team of Internal Account Managers
  • Introduce and manage KPI’s across the department
  • Recruitment, training and development of staff
  • Reporting weekly to Sales Director regarding forecast / sales
  • Monitoring performance and day to day management of the team
  • Achieving monthly GP targets for the business
  • Dealing with all 121’s, reviews and team requests
  • Manage and contribute to the delivery of the sales strategy set by the business
  • Work autonomously with little input from superior line management
  • Analytical view of sales, products, trends and general data
