Our Client has positions available for individuals, who are motivated, target driven and experienced within Real estate Finance to work in their office in North London.

The Role
The main purpose of this role is to generate and lead prospect client pipeline.
Other objective of the role include collating information and producing credit papers, liaising with lenders and handling transactions with all parties (clients, lenders, solicitors, valuers)
This role is a good opportunity for a self-motivated individual who enjoys hitting targets and is eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have experience of developing new relationships and have previous Relationship Management experience. They are looking for someone who has brilliant communication skills and who takes pride in their work.

-Identify opportunities to grown the revenue of the company by introducing new Real Estate client base to the company for raising debt on transactional mandates of a minimum of £1m in the UK/Europe via telemarketing
-Creating and maintaining a portfolio of real estate clients through promoting and delivering the company's Client and Business Development philosophy
-Complete full due diligence over new potential clients and collating necessary information on the transaction
-Prepare meeting notes
-Negotiating fees
-Preparing credit papers on the potential lending request to be presented to prospective lenders
-Liaising with lenders
-On going follow ups with professionals
-Preparing detailed quarterly business plan which covers relevant goals and objectives
-Reporting on a weekly basis to the Head of Credit regarding current pipeline and weekly objectives

Qualifications and Experience Required
-Previous experience with property lending
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

-A good grasp of numbers and the ability to write documents in a professional style
-Cool headed - holds the ability to remain calm under pressure
-Great problem solver
