Are you a polished, professional salesperson who is skilled at both new business development and account management? If you have 2+ years’ experience within sales and a confident, driven personality, then we want to hear from you.

Our client is a household name within the world of foreign exchange - an international brand that consistently strives to give great service. They operate in several countries globally and help over 7 million customers every year. Part of this company looks after building long lasting referral partnerships and that’s where this current vacancy can be found.

Role

This is a varied and interesting role that combines business development with account management. On one side, you will identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships across the UK. These partners could be overseas property companies, relocation firms, law firms or even universities - any organisation that deals with customers who will be transferring funds overseas. Your job will be to explain how they can refer regular business to you and receive commission in return. They’ll feel reassured that their customers will be looked after by your team’s high levels of client care. You will be contacting new partners by phone or meeting them face to face at your office or at networking events. Once your new referral partner is on board, your account management skills come into play. You’ll be nurturing and strengthening that relationship to become long lasting.

Person

You will have a strong understanding of how to foster long-term partnership agreements. You’ll be fast thinking, proactive and confident. Warm and likeable you will also be professional, presentable and commercially savvy. Ideally, you will have 2+ years’ experience in a in a B2B sales experience under your belt. If you come from a similar B2B partnership role, then even better!

Package

On offer is a basic salary of £25,000 with first year OTE of £50,000. Our client also offers benefits to all their employees, in this case it is a foreign currency allowance, pension and private healthcare.
