We are on the lookout for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor initially on a seasonal basis to join one of our key clients within the hospitality and tourism sector in Ross-shire. This role will be fixed term seasonal until mid-November.
As a Restaurant Supervisor with one of the UK’s most respected tourism organisations you would have responsibility for leading a catering team in front of house operations, pro-actively identifying and implementing commercial opportunities in relation to Menu, Catering and Hospitality.
With the support of your team of catering staff, as Restaurant Supervisor and working closely with the Chef you will be expected to ensure excellent standards of food quality and customer service are delivered with a strong commercial focus. To succeed in this role as Restaurant Supervisor you will most likely have demonstrable experience of supervising a successful and profitable catering front of house role, and experience of supervising a team in a busy catering facility dealing with fluctuating demands and the implications this has for quality control, staffing levels and budget control.
If you think you have what it takes as a 'hands on’ Restaurant Supervisor in one of the most picturesque areas of Scotland then we want to hear from you particularly if you have a working knowledge of implementing a Food Safety Management Plan in accordance with legislation, and hold a current intermediate level Food Hygiene Certificate.
