My client a leading Enforcement agency are currently recruiting for Enforcement Agents based in London!

This is the perfect opportunity for money motivated individuals, who are flexible in the hours they can work (successful working hours are between 6am - 9am and 6pm - 9pm), read below for more information.


*12 week training programme offering a Bailiff certificate on completion
*Van and Fuel card
*Mobile Phone
*Body camera worn camera to avoid/document any disputes

Description: To visit defaulters at the addresses stated on warrants (includes Liability Orders and Writs) to obtain payment, execute warrants, make enquiries to trace the whereabouts of absconders or seize goods to the value of the warrant for sale at auction.

*Planning own daily schedule from work allocated by our client
*Following schedule to visit residential addresses to execute warrants or seize goods to the value of the warrant adhering to our clients policies and procedures and the legal requirements of the role at all times
*Account for monies received and control the use of the manual receipt book and other documents, in accordance with policies and procedures
*Return warrants where enforcement is not possible in a timely manner
*Ensure that all seizure notices are kept in a secure place and are available on request to justify fees applied
*Enter reports via appropriate devices / databases in accordance with client requirements
*Comply with reasonable audit requests
*Provide and maintain detailed incident reports
*Undertake training and development as required by the role in order to represent our client in a professional and legally compliant manner
*Maintain any vehicle leased via our client and used to carry out the role to the required standards
*Warrants need to be paid out in full for you to get full payment (£90 each warrant executed)

Required Skills & Person Specification;
*Ability to communicate and interact with others at all levels
*Experience of working in a customer service or sales environment
*Good interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy
*Ability to work on own initiative and without supervision
*Good numerical and literacy skills, basic administration skills
*Ability to work to targets (minimum doors per day and payments per week)
*Ability to remain calm, confident and response logically in difficult situations
*High level of self-motivation and able to work unsociable hours (between 6am and 9pm)
