You will make a full contribution to the planning, delivery and development of supported employment opportunities, and ensure that students with specific learning difficulties, learning and other disabilities have access to work trials, training and progression on to a sustainable employment opportunity i.e. paid, part-time, voluntary.
You will develop an awareness raising programme around employing people with disabilities, target main local employers and specialist organisations that could provide placement and secure provisional placements and maintain detailed records.
Do you have experience of working in a support related role with people with a broad range of needs including disabilities, learning disabilities/difficulties and mental health needs or working in a Further Education of Higher Education environment.
