IT Business Development Manager (Direct Sales) - London

Morgan Hunt are working with a leading training provider who are currently recruiting for an IT Business Development Manager (Direct Sales) in London. This is a full time permanent role paying between £23,000 - £30,000 plus uncapped commission.

The IT Business Development Manager (Direct Sales) will be responsible for:

* Establishing, building, growing and maintaining key accounts across dedicated verticals
* Proactively developing and growing your existing vertical and set of accounts with the demonstration of excellent business development and networking skills
* Promoting and consultatively advising clients on a range of technical IT training courses
* Managing accounts with the highest level of professionalism by building strong relationships with a focus on identifying and closing opportunities
* Arranging client meetings where required in order to build and grow relationships
* Achieving and exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly targets
* Attending regular team meetings and 1-2-1's to discuss Sales forecast, figures and revenue opportunities and business strategy

The IT Business Development Manager (Direct Sales) will have:

* An excellent sales track record preferably but not essentially within the IT industry and Reseller/ Channel
* Strong account management and new business development skills
* Drive and determination to achieve and exceed Sales targets
* Exceptional relationship building skills with some presentation or client face to face experience
* Ambition to succeed and grow
* Previous telesales experience

In return the successful candidate for the IT Business Development Manager (Direct Sales) role will receive:

* An annual salary of up to £30,000
* Uncapped commission
* Quarterly and yearly bonuses
