Do you have experience handling fraudulent claims? Do you have a background in insurance?

A forever expanding motor claims insurer based in Sevenoaks have opportunities within their Counter Fraud department. If you are and experience insurance professional with a background handling fraudulent claims then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Both experienced and junior counter fraud handlers will be considered as there are several positions available.


- To handle a portfolio of suspected claims including all types of fraud within motor insurance.
- Managing the investigations, review of the intelligence and interacting with service providers to either settle or repudiate claims accurately.
- To work within a team environment to identify and tackle fraudulent claims/policies.
- To be capable of controlling a portfolio and to provide input and generate ideas to contribute towards the continuous improvement of the team.


- Must have a minimum of 4 years in the Motor Insurance Claims environment with some claims Indemnity validation experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience dealing with personal injury claims
- Previous experience in portfolio management essential

In return you will be offered a basis salary between £24,000 - £29,000pa + 10% annual bonus, pension and holiday.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 17.00pm
