We're currently working with a specialist international financial services organisation based on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre. They're innovators in data an technology and due to their recent growth and success they are now looking to recruit a Digital Experience Manager to support them in their digital innovation strategy.

Job Description:

As the digital experience and digital journey expert you will be responsible for defining the digital roadmap, managing the delivery of optimisation of the digital channels, including web, email and SMS – ensuring that they're meeting pre-agreed KPIs for customer satisfaction. In addition you will advise on solutions to increase customer experience to ultimately drive business performance.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a digital experience guru… You will have proven results in understanding customers needs and interpreting that into a successful customer journey. Analysing and adapting all touch points.We are looking for a strong communicator and someone who is comfortable liaisng with senior stakeholders.
