Our client, a leading Lloyd’s of London Syndicate with broad international coverage is looking to add to their Risk Management function.
This will be an Enterprise Risk Management position allowing exposure across the entirety of the business to stakeholders at all levels, with the successful candidate contributing to all areas of the Risk Function. Specific duties will include:
- Supporting the development & implementation of the Group Risk Management framework
- Working to maintain and improve the current Risk Registers
- Assisting with the production of the annual ORSA report
- Taking a lead on the Risk Event reporting process and its development
Full training and support will be provided on the job and mentoring will be available by more senior members of the team to help structure long term progression.
The successful candidate must have had previous Risk Management, Audit, Compliance or similarly technical experience within Insurance or Banking. In addition to this, they must be comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels and be able to show an analytical and methodical approach to problem solving.
