A Northamptonshire-based company is looking to rapidly expand their sales team in line with recent company growth.

A well-organised sales person and account manager is needed to join the team and progress within the company.

Client Details

A highly respected and reputable company who have been working in the financial sector for over 50 years. This company provides financial services to some of the country's largest organisations and continues to expand and grow, now one of the market leaders in its sector.


The role is an account manager role where through cold calling and face-to-face client meetings as required, individuals will gain a clear understanding of customer's businesses and requirements, develop new business and maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.

It's a target-driven environment where the right candidate will be able to succeed in developing new business opportunities and turning them into lasting company relationships.


The right person for this role will be highly articulate and hold an excellent telephone manner. Being required to discuss complex matters and requirements with clients, the right candidate will speak with integrity and have a thorough understanding of what it is that they're able to offer the client. Training will of course be provided.

Candidate's must be willing to learn, be able to learn quickly and have a keen eye for detail, whilst at the same time have a proven track record in sales.

Speaking with business owners, it's important to remain professional at all times and be business-minded and thorough when being required to think on the spot when being asked to guide clients on the best course of action.

Job Offer

The job offer will be a fixed, permanent annual salary of between £16,000.00K and £20,000.00K dependant on experience with bonus on top.
