A Specialist Underwriting business with a niche product require a Business Development Executive to operate in an office based role, assisting in developing and growing the company's client base.

With around 70% of your time spent working with warm leads you will be coordinating and managing the sales cycle, representing the business in out and inbound telephone calls and sending out marketing material and written presentations. In speaking to various introducers to provide information on services you will be arranging for a Sales Team member to visit and will occasionally accompany the BDM in the field as well as having the opportunity to attend various market conferences and seminars.

An attractive bonus and incentive programme is available to incentivise business conversion. There are excellent prospects and in time and once you have proven yourself there is a good chance to progress from into a full Field Business Development Manager position.
