Assistant Management Accountant
Romsey
£22 - 25,000pa

Our client, an SME based just outside Romsey, is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant, who will report directly to their Financial Controller.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare management accounts to include profit and loss, balance sheet, and variance analysis.
* Reconcile sales between database and accounts software* Collate receipts, and reconcile credit card and petty cash receipts and accounts
* Accurately record and reconcile bank transactions for multiple accounts
* Reconcile multiple balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
* Analyse purchase invoices across multiple nominal codes and departments
* Receive and process employee expense claims
* Maintain fixed asset register
Key Skills:
* Ideally hold AAT
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Sage 50 accounts experience
* Keen attention to detail, and an analytical mind
* Team player with a willingness to assist and learn from other colleagues
