I am currently working on behalf of an excellent care provider that is currently looking to appoint a proven Registered Manager within two Supported Living services and to take the responsibility in two of their learning disability services in the South London area.

The Service itself provides care for those with learning disabilities, autism, communication difficulties and challenging behaviour.

The successful applicant will have responsibility for the service, including the day-to-day running of the two services , ensuring that high standards of care and support are maintained and adhering to all requirements and regulations. You will take full responsibility for the development, maintenance and implementation of detailed person centred plans and risk assessments for service users. You will also be responsible for staff development and management ensuring there is a solid support structure in place to ensure they can do their job to the best of their ability.

The ideal candidate will need to:

- Be ideally Registered with CQC or have been in the past.
- Have experience managing a service supporting adults with learning disabilities

- Any experience of working with clients with behaviours that challenge would be beneficial
- Have, or be working towards, your Diploma Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
- Be a dedicated staff member who shares a passion to ensure that `every moment has potential` for the people you support to learn new skills and to achieve their dreams

Salary - 32k

28 days annual leave with an option to buy up to 5 days additional holiday per year (annual leave and additional holiday are prorated for part time staff).
