Accounts Assistant, Omagh, Permanent Job, Salary £18,000

Your new role
As Accounts Assistant you will compliment the existing team and further strengthen their commitment to delivering a first class service. Duties will include:
Ensure monies received are banked on a daily basis reconciling of monies to the various ledgers on a daily basis, ensure efficient administration supports the dealership's accounting deadlines, working with Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger and Cash Book entries, general administration and filing, answering telephones in a timely and courteous manner

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in IT
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to build rapport with internal and external customers
