Ecommerce and Marketing Manager (KA/MP)
I am looking for an Ecommerce and Marketing Manager to be responsible for all online marketing and e-commerce sales for my clients growing and entrepreneurial business.
My client is an established 12 year old business who are behind some of the footwear markets most exciting new brands. They are looking to expand their leadership team with this brand new role and need this individual to have broad experience of running an ecommerce business having been responsible for website management/merchandising and marketing.
This role will report directly into the CEO and have the support of a technical magento agency, marketing and content freelancers, in-house customer services and warehouse team. They will also have mentoring support from an experience ecommerce non-executive director who supports the business on a part time basis.
Whilst the role will have the overall responsibility for online sales growth, they will have three core areas of operation;
- Maintaining and improving the ecommerce website experience to maximise conversion, order value and customer experience. This is effectively about improving the merchandising, content and overall user experience.
- Driving customers to the site through excellent performance marketing -search/affiliates/paid social and other performance marketing channels.
- To drive brand awareness through brand based digital marketing and social media activity.
