Digital Marketing Consultant

Location: London

Salary: £40-50k

Start: Immediate

We are working with a well-known Data Marketing & Technology agency; their clientele are largely blue chip companies and are household names. Their work encompasses all aspects of data marketing, including (but not limited to) the following: Analytics, Data Planning & Strategy, CRM, Campaign Management, email, B2B loyalty programmes and underpinned with leading marketing technology platforms e.g Adobe Campaign..

Role breakdown:

Sitting within the Digital Marketing Team, you will be responsible for providing CRM and Digital Campaign planning, design and project management support, through digital channels on key strategic accounts for multi sector clients. You will need to be a strategically minded marketer and a strong communicator, as you will be working closely with clients and the Planning, Campaign, Data and Strategy teams to deliver larger projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating strategic plans for the accounts
  • Translating client strategies into complex campaign designs
  • Delivering against agreed account plan and budgets
  • Giving direction and support and ensuring the agency has the correct level of skills to deliver for the clients
  • Developing commercial opportunities for both the agency and the client
  • Building relationships with clients in a mature and sophisticated fashion
  • Guiding and consulting with clients
  • Monitoring and reviewing processes to ensure the agency delivers

Essential skills required:

  • 3-5 years of working in CRM and digital marketing
  • Strong client facing experience
  • Ability to integrate and co-operate with different functions/teams
  • Data - knowledge of how data works and what is possible with it.
  • Technology - an understanding of marketing technology platforms e.g Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Unica
  • Digital - understand what's going on and opportunities to use different technology and channels
  • Understanding of using data to manage customer journeys
