The successful Wedding Coordinator will be responsible for:
Advertising and marketing the venue in a bid to bring in business. Using social media platforms mainly, networking etc.
Responding to queries on their wedding services that are submitted through their website.
The overall process; Organising wedding's through liaising with suppliers, f&b team for catering services, menu tasting, taking payment, invoicing etc.
First point of contact on the wedding day for the bride/groom to deal with any issues they have/concerns and through out the process.
Responding to emails in a timely manner.
The successful Wedding Coordinator will ideally need:
- At least 18 months experience as a Wedding Coordinator in a similar venue or come from a Wedding Organiser business.
Good communication, both verbally and written.
Ability to liaise with other internal departments regularly as well as external suppliers.
To be highly organised.
My client is offering between £18,000-£23,000 per annum.
